Rajan Seth
Rajan Seth is a London-based abstract artist whose intuitive, texture-rich paintings explore feeling, form, and reflection. A qualified accountant by background, Rajan soon realised that his passion lay not in spreadsheets, but in the expressive potential of colour and composition. Guided by both precision and instinct, he embraced a new path — one grounded in creativity and material experimentation.
Known for his technique of ‘painting without a paintbrush’, Rajan uses palette knives, scrapers, and mixed media tools to build complex layers and tactile surfaces. Metallic colours play a central role in his work, chosen for their ability to shift with the light and transform a space. This play of reflection and shadow adds dimension, mood, and movement to each piece.
Rajan’s work is quietly powerful — his paintings invite personal interpretation and emotional connection. Inspired by his environment and inner landscape, he creates with the intention of sparking something different in each viewer.
