Carol Foulger is an urban landscape artist whose work captures the rhythm and emotion of city life. Originally trained in Graphic Design, Carol went on to teach Art and Design Technology before dedicating herself fully to painting during the COVID lockdown — a turning point that inspired her first London piece, “Lockdown London.”

Her paintings are a celebration of living history — infused with light, energy, and a deep connection to urban spaces. Using palette knives and expressive texture, Carol brings movement and atmosphere to her work, inviting the viewer to step into her vibrant London scenes.
