Nadia Day
Nadia Day is a contemporary landscape artist whose expressive paintings celebrate the changing beauty of Britain’s parks, countryside and coastline. Working from her studios in Richmond and the coastal town of Emsworth, she creates atmospheric originals that capture the light, colour and emotion of places that hold lasting meaning.
After studying Art at Kingston University and later gaining a BA in Drama & Theatre Arts from Birmingham University, Nadia enjoyed a successful career in television design and experiential advertising before dedicating herself to painting full time. This varied creative background has shaped her confident approach to composition, storytelling and visual impact.
Best known for her striking landscapes inspired by Richmond Hill, the Royal Parks and the British coast, Nadia paints with an intuitive, expressive style that reflects the changing seasons and shifting light. Her work invites the viewer to reconnect with familiar places, evoking a sense of calm, nostalgia and belonging.
Alongside her gallery collections, Nadia is an accomplished commissioned artist, creating highly personal pieces that often incorporate the silhouettes of family members within cherished landscapes.
Painting every day from her studios, Nadia continually refines her practice through experimentation and exploration. The result is a collection of uplifting, contemporary landscapes that offer a timeless reminder of the places and moments we treasure most.
