Sally Oasis
Sally Oasis is a contemporary artist based in Sussex, whose vibrant, expressive paintings celebrate the beauty of flowers, gardens and the English countryside. Bursting with colour, energy and movement, her work captures the joy of nature and brings a wonderful sense of warmth and optimism to any space.
Sally’s love of art began at an early age, with a particular passion for colour and floral forms developing during her first job in a florist’s shop in the 1980s. This early inspiration continues to influence her work today, alongside the beautiful landscapes and gardens of Sussex, Kent and Surrey, where she regularly enjoys walking and sketching.
Working in acrylics and oils, Sally combines layers of rich colour with loose, expressive brushstrokes to create paintings that feel fresh, uplifting and full of life. Rather than simply recreating what she sees, she captures the atmosphere, movement and emotion of the natural world, giving each piece its own distinctive character.
At the heart of Sally’s work is a desire to share the happiness she finds in nature, creating beautiful, feel-good paintings that bring colour and personality into the home.
Sally’s artwork has been featured at prestigious locations including Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and Wakehurst Place
