Belinda Millar
Belinda Millar is an Oxfordshire-based landscape artist working predominantly en plein air. Painting directly within the landscape, she creates expressive works that capture the movement, light, and atmosphere of a moment in time. Her paintings reflect a deep connection to the natural world, responding intuitively to the shifting colours and rhythms of the seasons.
A distinctive element of Belinda’s practice is her use of a fluorescent pink ground, which brings a subtle luminosity and energy to each piece. Combined with bold brushwork and vibrant palettes, this creates works that feel both dynamic and immersive.
Belinda trained at UCA Epsom, specialising in fine art and illustration, and now focuses exclusively on painting in acrylic.
